Shipping policy.

Our goal is not only to create beautiful accessories for your Littles and Bigs, but to get all orders mailed out to you in a timely manner. Most of our orders are ready to ship in 2-4 business days, however we are more than happy to try and accommodate any urgent requests if you can kindly contact us prior to your ordering.

Orders are mailed out Canada Post letter mail and come with no tracking number once they leave our hands we are no longer responsible.

Postage can take up to 4 weeks to arrive with no shipping information.

That being said, if you do not receive your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
